Happy Friday! Today I am so happy to be participating in a blog hop with some very talented creatives to share the new holiday releases in the Essentials by Ellen line over at ellenhutson.com! There are lots of new stamps, dies, etc. in the shop, but before you head on over, check out the hop list and the giveaway details below!

I was lucky enough to work with some of the stamps and dies that Christine Herrin (creator/designer of Everyday Explorers) put together for the release, and holy moly these sets are FANTASTIC!! Both stamp sets work really well on their own, but they also pair together seamlessly. When they are combined with the simple die tags you get the most awesome buildable gift tag set! Seriously, there are so many options and combinations to build different tags with these!

I kept my tags pretty simple, sticking to a pink/white/kraft color scheme and then just tried out some different stamping combinations.

I’m planning to pair these tags with some pink and white pom poms and ribbon/yarn for this year’s packages. I’ll definitely be cranking out a whole lot more of these tags as we get closer to Christmas!!

Thanks so much for stopping by. Next up in the blog hop is the super talented Carissa Wiley of Sprinkled With Glitter. You can click HERE to head to her post.

  3. Love your tags – and tags on tags! Wonderful inspiration.
What a wonderfully fun release. Love the light, artsy, fun images.

  4. Your gift tags in pinks and browns are fabulous. I absolutely love them and know I will try this color scheme on some of my tags. I also love the pom pom you made for the ribbon. I have been making some pom poms recently and never thought about using them as gift wrap decorations. But now I will! Thanks so much for the wonderful ideas.

  5. I was really having a hard time being inspired by this particular stamp set until I hopped over to your blog! Thank you for sharing your creativity! It really made me look at these stamps in a new way. And I love how your tags are united by common colors. So smart, when you have supplies out, to keep making things!

  6. Thanks for the fun inspiration for this new release! Great assortment of special tags and love the idea of adding pom poms too! Thanks for sharing!
