Today I’m up on the Citrus Twist Kits blog sharing how I used this month’s digital cut apart sheet in my traveler’s notebook. These cut aparts work so great with this month’s pocket life kit, and the whole set is free!

Chopping off my hair last month was not a very hard decision to come to . . . my daughter’s tiny fingers, constant 100+ degree temperatures, no patience for styling . . . need I say more? :)
I feel like I’ve spent most of the last 10 years with short hair, but this last cut was a pretty big chop since I hadn’t cut it since before getting pregnant. In any case, I felt like this was a story I wanted to get documented in my personal TN. I’m so happy I decided to snap a before photo so I could create a little before/after flip up photo!

I always feel a sense of nostalgia when putting a 12×12 layout together. After all, before pocket pages and traveler’s notebooks came along this is how I documented all of my memories.
I always have fun piecing a layout together, especially when there are lots of pretty papers and embellishments to play with! For today’s layout I used the Citrus Twist Main Scrapbooking Kit and the Embellishment Kit. Both kits are filled with some gorgeous pieces from the new Maggie Holmes “Willow Lane” collection, which have been fun to put to use on pages that include photos of Felicity :)
Today I’m back with a pocket page spread using the latest Pocket Life kit from Citrus Twist Kits. I honestly couldn’t believe how many embellishments were included in this month’s kit (from cork and chipboard to die cuts and fabric pieces!) There was definitely a lot of great stuff to play around with! :) If you’d like to see how this page came together, there’s a process video at the end of this post.

If you’re looking for some fun ideas on how to organize your Project Life cards, there’s a great post that went up on the Citrus Twist Kits blog yesterday where several of us design team members are sharing our tips! You can find the post here.
The Traveler’s Notebook page I’m sharing today might just be my favorite page to date! Besides the sweet photo, the monochromatic color scheme with the little pops of light pink are making up my current favorite color combo!

Happy Monday! I hope your week is off to a great start!
Today I have a project life process video to share using Studio Calico’s latest release of the August 2018 Golden Hour kits. These kits are so gorgeous that I wanted to try to find a way to use as much product as possible on my one page. I think I succeeded on that front!
If you’d like to see how this page came together feel free to check out the video below. I’ve linked all products that were used on this project at the end of the post.
